OOC: Okay, sorry I'm late with the Gathering again. Just pretend it was posted last week, and that all plot-related roleplays have been played out to completion. I refer specifically to "RiverClan, Attack!", which is the only plot-related roleplay still going. We all know how it's going to end: Redstar's not going to lead the Clan anymore, no matter what. Let's just imagine that his deputy's already had a leader ceremony. He's going to, right after the aforementioned plot RP's over.
BIC: Longstar stood at the top of the ridge, in front of the Clan he now, inexplicably, led. None of the other Clans were there yet. He prepared himself, then flicked his tail and surged down the slope to Fourtrees.

Opalstar trotted into the clearing, tail wavering back and forth, his mouth drawn in a frown. He sat down and looked over at Longstar and gave a small smile and a nod.

RiverClan's new leader dipped his head to Opalstar in return. "Hello," Longstar meowed.

"Hello, you must be Longstar,"[/b] He meowed gently, "its nice to meet you. How do you like being a leader so far?" He asked interestedly.

"I found it to be rather different from being a deputy," Longstar meowed honestly. "They say it's supposed to get you ready to be a leader, but it doesn't, not really."
