Right after the Gathering in which ThunderClan announced its change of name, two RiverClan warriors began having strange dreams. Their dreams differed somewhat, but were always true to some half-forgotten memory. The dreams always began the same way: playing in a clearing, with some mysterious voice meowing something that has to do with the word "ThunderClan." Frustrated, both cats chose to visit the medicine cat, who reveals a hidden secret from their past...
