Avenspaw, an apprentice of DarknessClan; and Morningpaw, an apprentice of LightningClan, have fallen in love. Chaos explodes into the young cats' lives as Spottedpaw, a DarknessClan apprentice finds out their feelings for eachother. Being in Avenspaw's Clan, she threatens to tell Laurelstar and the two apprentice's must find a way to keep her mouth shut. Being a friend of Morningpaw's and an enemy of Avenspaw's, this could be tough!
More trouble comes when they are found out by the LightningClan medicine cat!
