When you go to post in Bio Applications, you'll get a form that's built into the posts. Here's what it means:
Cat's Name: This is what your cat is called. Kit names always end in 'kit, and apprentices' end in 'paw. Warrior, elder, medicine cat, and deputy names have a wide variety of endings. Don't worry about leaders, as those slots are all filled.
Gender: Tom or she-cat. Pretty self-explanatory.
Age: Make sure your cat's age matches their rank and name.
Rank:If it is less than 6 moons old, it is a kit. If it is more than 6 moons but less than 12/13 or somewhere around there, it is an apprentice. If it is above both stages, it is a warrior. If it is older than 120-130 moons or so, it is an elder.
Clan: There are four Clans: RiverClan, ThunderClan, DarknessClan, and WindClan. Currently, ThunderClan and DarknessClan are closed to new cats, so you can pick whichever of the others you like the best.
Personality: Describe, in at least a paragraph, how your cat acts.
Appearance: Yup, this is where you say what they look like. Please include such vital information as whether they are large/small, slender/stocky/muscular, what color they are,
History: The story behind your cat. Every cat has a story; "Clanborn, nothing special" won't cut it. Be creative here!
Example of Roleplay: This is where you tell me how you would roleplay your cat. You only need to do it for your first four bios, after which I would hope that you know what you're doing.
Other: This is where you put the random assorted things about your cat that don't fit into any category.
If you want to make a kittypet, loner, or rogue, interpret the form like this:
Cat's Name: Call your cat anything (appropriate) you like!
Gender: Tom or she-cat, this part doesn't change.
Age: Do this in moons, just because it's simpler to not have to convert time back and forth.
Rank: N/A
Clan: Here, put "Kittypet", "Loner", or "Rogue". Please note that rouge is actually a kind of makeup, and don't call your cat that!
Personality: Same as for Clan cats. Personality is a universal thing.
Appearance: Same as for Clan cats.
History: Same as for Clan cats.
Example of Roleplay: How would you roleplay this cat? Only necessary for your first four bios.
Other: Anything else!
If you're making a Cat of the Roaring Path, you need to think of it like this:
Cat's Name: If they are a kit, say N/A. Fighters-in-Training are named with either Trainee or Trainette and then a number. Kit-raisers' names are all in the format Adjective Body Part, e.g. Pretty Nose. Fighters for the Path have four syllables of nonsense. The Ceremonial Healer is called Healer, and the last two are known by their titles.
Gender: Tom or she-cat.
Age: In moons again.
Rank: Match their age. Less than 4 moons means kit, four moons through eight or nine moons is the approximate age range for Fighters-in-Training, four moons and up can be a kit-raiser if it's a disabled female, Fighters for the Path are eight/nine moons and older, and the "special" positions can be twenty moons or older. Preferably older.
Clan: Cats of the Roaring Path
Personality: Same as for all others.
Appearance: Same as for all others.
History: Same as for all others.
Example of Roleplay: Same as for all others.
